Solid Impact born in 2001 in Porto, Portugal, by initiative of three members that were playing together for some time. The three founding members of the band are Mário (drumms), Cláudio (guitar) e Teófilo (synthetizer). Shortly after two new members were invited to join the project: Ricardo (guitar) and Gil (vocals) that had already played together in another project. With this line-up began the writing of songs(melody and lyrics) but one part was missing - a bass player. Later on Hugo (bass) joined us and we had the first complete line-up. After some reharsals the bass player left the band and unabled us to do concerts. Later searching on the internet we met Silvano that joined the band as ?!? . The line-up remains untouched and with intentions to go on with this members. By february of 2004 a new member join the project André(replacing Silvano) that had been part of the recording of a demo-tape with is voice on "NAKED MISSION", also on this demo cd Mário as recorded all the back vocals. Now he is on full-rolling as bass player. Solid Impact has a vast amount of influences since rock to death metal but the band style is more hardcore and thrash... with all that...born Solid Impact a metalcore sound like.
